Philipp L. Dines, MD, PhD, attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his medical degree in 1977. Then, he served his internship and psychiatry residency at the University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH. In addition, he completed his fellowship training in biological psychiatry at the same educational venue (1989).
